Find practical answers about importing existing content and publishing to your connected platforms.
Run Import again for that connected account. Gaddr displays content after the platform returns it and the import has completed.
Connect at least one supported channel, open Create Post, add your text and media, select the destination channels, review each preview, then choose Publish now or schedule a time.
While the Meta app is using development or test access, the Facebook or Instagram account must be added to the Meta app as an administrator, developer, or tester and must accept the invitation. Reconnect the account in Gaddr after the role is active.
In the TikTok for Developers app, open Sandbox settings, find Target users, and choose Add account. Sign in to the TikTok account and accept the developer terms, then reconnect that account in Gaddr and grant the requested posting scope. TikTok may take up to one hour to show the target user. Sandbox and unaudited Direct Post tests cannot publish publicly, so test posts remain private until the posting client is approved and audited.
Use an Instagram Professional account. For the Facebook Login connection, link it to a Facebook Page managed by the same test user and grant the publishing permissions requested during connection. Personal Instagram accounts cannot use this publishing API.
The connection may be missing a publishing permission or may have expired. Disconnect and reconnect the channel, approve every requested publishing permission, then open Create Post again.
Open the failed post to read the platform status. Check the account connection, permissions, media format, and platform limits. Fix the reported issue, then retry the post.
Yes. Choose a future date and time before submitting the post. Keep every selected channel connected so Gaddr can deliver it at the scheduled time.
Not always. Platforms have different limits for image size, video format, duration, aspect ratio, and caption length. Review each platform preview and remove any destination that does not support the selected media.
